• Unplug the appliance.
• Let the appliance to cool down before moving or removing oil/fat from tank (Caution:
• Solid fat should not be allowed to solidify completely).
• Pour oil/fat into a container.
• Add water into the tank and wash the unit. Never immerse the unit into water or clean under
running water.
• Clean the lid, the basket with soap liquid hot water. Rinse with clear water and dry thoroughly.
• Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical products which may deteriorate the housing.
