MOTOR UNIT (1)
Powerful and silent, the motor unit (1) is shaped in strong
stainless steel.
Selectors is used to set the motor speed (I medium speed,
II high speed) or to stop the appliance. Pulse knob (3) is used
to operate by short pulses.
COVER (6)
This cover is constituted of two parts : a self adjusting cover (6),
and a feeder cap (7). The feeder cap is removable for use as a
measuring cap and allows addition of other ingredients.
MIXING GLASS JUG (4)
This jug (4) is graduated for easy measurement and is moulded of
heat and cold resistant material. Handle and lip are designed for
an easy serving.
ASSEMBLY PROCESSING
1. Check the power unit is unplugged.
2. Fit the blender glass jug (4) onto the motor unit (1) in one of the
six possible positions.
3. When the jug is properly set, then plug the appliance.
4. Proceed reverse way to dismantle the appliance.

USE OF THE APPLIANCE

Clean and dry thoroughly all parts of the appliance before the first use.
1. Unplug from the outlet.
2. Put the ingredients into the jug.
3. Place the blender cover and feeder cap onto the jug.
4. Place properly the jug onto the power unit.
5. Connect the plug to the power supply outlet.

CAUTION : Always hold the jug by the handle during operating.
BLENDER BOWL
The blender is the perfect accessory to prepare soups, milksha-
kes, mayonnaise, sauces, pancakes batter, cake or ice cream
mixtures, breadcrumbs, mixed fruits or fresh vegetables, but also
hard cheese for gratins and sauces.
It is also practical for baby dishes : compotes, stewed fruits or
vegetables.

USEFUL ADVICES :

• Always place first the liquid ingredients in the bowl, except
when the contrary is specified in the recipe.
• Dice food in small parts of 1".
• Do never introduce nothing in the appliance while operating.
• Always allow stock or boiling stuffs to cool before processing.
• If the motor seems to labour, select the fastest speed to avoid
any overheating. Check also from any overloading (do not
exceed the max level), or add a little liquid more if food is too
heavy.
• Do not operate the appliance continuously for more than 1
minute. This appliance is operating very fast for any kind of
stuff. A too long operating should result on a too soft or a sticky
food.
• To blend ice cubes, always add a small quantity of liquid.
• Do not remove the cover during operating. To add ingredients,
remove the cap and fill by the opening.
• When making mayonnaise, put all the ingredients, except the
oil into the blender. Then, with the machine running, remove the
filler cap and add oil slowly and evenly through the feeder cap.
