shallower andthefrontandbackofthefocused objectisblurred whenthe
aperture is settoa small v alue,largelensopening.
Theshutter s peed is automatically settotheproper exposure depending
ontheaperture value.

I Set the mode dial to Av.
,2 Turn the rear e-dial (%_,,:) to
adjust the aperture value.
The set values are displayed in the status screen and viewfinder and on
the LCD panel.
