Locking the Dispenser

If no water is dispensed when the refn)erator is
first installed, there may be air in the water line
system. Press the dispenser arm for at least two
minutes to remove trapped air from the water
line and to fill the water system. Toflush out Quick Ice (on some models)
impurities in the water line, throw away the first X,\q/en )ou need ice

Important Facts About Your Dispenser
_: Do not add ice fl'om trays or bags to
tile storage (h'awe_: It may not crush or
dispense well.
iJi:: Avoid ove_tilling glass with ice and use ol
narrow glasses, gacke&up ice can jam tile
chute or cause tile door in tile chute to
freeze shut. If ice is blocking the chute,
poke it through with a wooden spoon.
iJi:: B everages and toods should not be
quick-chilled in the ice storage drawe_:
Cans, bottles or food packages in the
storage drawer may cause the icemaker
or a/iger to jaIll.
