After this setting is enabled (checked), this is what non-admin users see:

PCL6 Driver for Universal Print v3.9.0.0 or later have native support for Aficio SP
4400S/4410SF/4420SF. However because the driver must interface differently and functionality
is limited as compared to the functions available when using with the PCL6 driver for Universal
Print's generic UI.
