STEP 2: RUN THE AUTOMATIC MILK CLEANING PROGRAM

Press and hold STOP button
until display reads:
1. CAP
2. COFFEE
3. AUTO RINSE

To mix the milk cleaning
solution, use a clean container
or large steaming pitcher. Mix
1oz (one shot) of Espresso
Dairy Cleaner with about
32oz of water.
NOTE: Water should NOT be hot!

Select number 1. CAP by
pressing the number 1
(Decaf) button on the key
pad.

Open fridge door and
remove hoses from gallon
of milk, and remove it from
fridge.
Place hoses into container
containing milk cleaning
solution.

CLEANING PRODUCT.

Press STOP button and
display will read:
CLEANING
