3. Reverse
1. Move the throttle lever to the SLOW position.
Before rotating the motor (from either forward to reverse or from
reverse to forward) reduce the engine speed to SLOW, or the boat could
capsize.

2. To reverse direction, turn the motor 1 SO', and then pivot the steering
handle as shown.
When operating in reverse, proceed with caution
underwater obstructions with the propeller.
