Choose the direction in which the sub-command
dial is rotated to increase the focus distance.

If ON is selected for j FOCUS CHECK, the im-
age will be magnified in the display to assist focus
when the sub-command dial is rotated in man-
ual focus mode (P 51, 52). The camera must be in
manual focus mode.
