The shredder does not shred. I only pokes holes in the paper, is there an adjustment

My shredder DM1200Ct only shreds if I **** pushing the jambuster button, what do I need to do?
If your Fellowes DM12CT shredder only shreds when you press the Turbo Jam Release Button, try the following steps:
1. Press and hold the control switch in the reverse (R) position for a few seconds.
2. Alternate between forward and reverse until the jam clears.
3. Avoid switching too rapidly between forward and reverse to prevent damage.
If the issue persists, check for any paper jams and follow the maintenance instructions to ensure proper operation.

Shredder runs in reverse but would not run to forward to shred
the switch at the "I' position does not work. "O" and "R" positions work. in order to shred paper i have to switch to "I' and press the "credit card "cd" button to shred
