Digital Zoom
The images optically magnified by the lens can be electronically magnified up to a maximum 180 times.

1. Touch the Menu (_) tab _ "Digital Zoom" _ then the desired
submenu item.
2. To exit the menu, touch the Return (_) tab.
, Off: Disables the digital zoom function. Only optical zoom and
Intelli-zoom are available.
• On: Enables higher digital zoom magnificatk)n.
The resolution and quality of the optically magnified image may deteriorate as
the image is digitally magnified.
You cannot magnify an image with the digital zoom while taking photos.
When you specify "Digital Zoom: On," "Face Detection" is set to "Off"
automatically.

Self Timer
When the self-timer is enabled, there is a time delay of 2 or 10 seconds before recording starts.
You can record or take photos of yourself.

• 2 Sec (@): Provides a delay of 2 seconds when you press the
Recording Start/Stop or PHOTO button.
• 10 Sec(@ ): Provides a delay of 10 seconds when you press the
Recording Start/Stop or PHOTO button.
