HANDLING MENUS AND QUICK MENUS
Follow the instructions below to use each of the menu items listed in this manual.
This chapter uses "Aperture," and "Focus" functions of the record mode as an example.
PRECHECK!
• Open the LCD screento turn on the camcorder,
• Your camcorder turns on automaticallywhen you open the
LCD screen.
• Select the record mode by pressingthe MODE button,

Q.MENU button Menu (l,i) tab
1. Touch the Menu (_,,,) tab on the touch panel.
• The menu screen appears.
• To change the current page, touch the up (E3)/down (_) tab.
2. Touch "Aperture." (The Aperture function is used here as an
example.)
3. Touch the desired option.
• Adjust the setting values accordingly.
• Touch the decrease (_) or increase (_l) tab to adjust the
aperture as you want.
• To exit the menu, touch the Exit (EQ or Return (_) tab.
| Using the Q.MENU button
1. Press the Q.MENU button on your camcorder to see the available
menu options.
• The quick menu screen appears.
2. Touch "Focus." (The Focus function is used here as an example.)
3. Touch the desired option.
• Adjust the setting values accordingly.
• To exit the menu, touch the Exit (D) or Return (i_) tab.
• When using the Menu (_,,,_)or Quk;k menu items, some menu items
carl not be used at the same time, or may be greyedout.

from this page are explained based on the simplest methods. The
