Adding Shortcuts from Applications
-- Navigate to a Home screen
-- Tap "Applications"
-- Touch and hold an application's icon. The shortcut icon is automatically added to the selected Home screen.
Removing Shortcuts
-- Touch and hold the Shortcut icon until the application changes into the trash bin. Then drag the icon into the trash bin
until both the icon and the trash bin turns red

-- Navigate to the desired Home screen, then touch and hold "Add to the Home Screen" menu. Or, press Menu key/tap
on the Home screen, then tap "Add" to pop up the Add window.
