Press the right arrow button to move the highlight to the field
corresponding with the content theme you wish to block out.
Press the Lip or down arrow button to change content status f)c<)mVtn B.
All higher ratings' content theme will automatically change to B.
Press OK to return to the menu or exit the screen.
Note: Broadcaste_ are riot required toproz_icle corttent themes orc<,ge-
based ratings. Programs received with rio cont_,nt themes wilt only be
blocked i/'you block their age-based rating.

Viewing Specific Content Themes
If you block specific content themes, you have the option of going back and
changing some of the content themes back to (_9 View:
1. Deh'rmine the content themes yOLl want to change to (V) View.
2. tse the up and down arrow buttons to scroll through the age-based ratings
until the rating whose cnnt_.nt theme you want to change to Viewappears.
3. Press the right arrow button to move the yellow highlight to a particular
content theme status, such as the B under language (L) corresponding with
TV-14.

Press the up or down arrow bulton to change its status back to V. Your
child would then be able to watch programs with TV-14 adult language
content, but not programs with TV-PG or TV-MA language content.
Note: Only the content theme st_tus co_'responcli*<,d to TV-14
(L) langua, W changes to (V) View. Hi_,_ber rated content theme.% such as
lbaljbr TV-MA tan,,_uc<,_e, do not cban_,_e.
V-Chip Movie Rating Limit
You set movie, rating limits by blocking movies ral_d abow, a specified level.
How to block movie ratings and view movie ratings is explained in the next hvo
sections.

2. Select ParentatControA (press 6).
3. Select V-Chip M(n,ie Rating Limit (press 2).
