  • Page 4 AC power cordjack BATTERY POWER Insert 8 D-sized batteries (not supplied) and you can take your stereo just about anywhere. Open the battery compartment door on the back of the unit by pressing down on the two tabs and pulling out the cover. Insert batteries as shown on the back of the unit.
  • Page 5 POWERING Plug the male end of the AC line cord into the AC jack located on the back of the cabinet. Then plug the other end of the power cord into an AC power outlet that acceptsthe polarized plug, which has one blade wider than the other.

    LOADING PLAYING Slide the FUNCTION control to CD. Press the PUSH OPEN button to open the CD door. Place a CD into the compartment with the label side up and close the CD door. Press PLAYoPAUSE to begin play. Use the TRACK I_Hland I_1_1 buttons to choose a track.

    PROGRAMMING PLAY ORDER You can program up to 20 tracks on a CD to play in the order you choose. The CD player must be stopped before you program tracks. 1.
