Memorizing
channels
You can use the menus
to automatically
memorize
the channels
your TV can receive
and skip the unused
channels.
Once channels
are memorized,
you can scan through
them using the channel
up/
down controls
on the remote
control
and control panel.

O Use the ADJUST
buttons
to
select "Fir:_t Time Setup"
Press
ENTER.
You will see the "First
'Pime
Setup"
screen.
Use the AD-
JUST buttons
to select "Memo-
rize Channels".
Press ENTER.
O Use the ADJUST
buttc,ns
to
select the terminal
(Ar._t-A or
Ant-B)
to which the antenna
or
cable system
is attached.
Press ENTER.
(If you made a
connection
to each termiral,
you should memorize
the
channels
for one of the te:._ni-
nals now).
O
Use the ADJUST
buttons
to
choose the type of antenna
you
connected:
Cable antenna
or
Indoor/outdoor
antenna.
Press
ENTER.
You will see a message
that
channel
memorization
is in
progress.
A channel
being
added to memory
will be
labeled
"In memory".
Channels
not being added will be labeled
"Not in memory".
You can stop
channel
memorization
at any
time by pressing
CANCEL.
CHANNEL
up/down
controls
will work differently
after chan:aels
have been memorized.
After memorizing,
use the channel
controls
(CHANNEL)
to advance
sequentially
to the next memorize_l
channel.
Use the number
buttons
to select individual
channels.
