(4) Repairor replacement o f any warrantedpart underthe warrantyprovisionsof this article mustbe performedat no chargeto the ownerat a
warrantystation.
(5) Notwithstanding the provisionsof Subsection(4) above,warrantyservicesor repairsmustbe providedat all MTDdistributioncentersthat
are franchisedto servicethe subjectengines.
(6) Theownermustnot be chargedfordiagnosticlabor that leadsto the determination that a warrantedpart is in fact defective,providedthat
such diagnosticwork is performedat a warrantystation.
(7) The enginemanufacturer is liable fordamagesto otherenginecomponentsproximately causedbya failureunderwarrantyof anywarranted
part.
(8) Throughout t he engine'swarrantyperioddefinedin Subsection(a)(2), MTDwill maintaina supplyof warrantedparts sufficientto meet the
expecteddemandfor such parts.
(9) Any replacement p art maybe usedin the performance of any warrantymaintenance or repairsand mustbe providedwithoutchargetothe
owner.Such usewill not reducethe warrantyobligationsof MTD.
(10) Add-onor modifiedparts that are not exemptedby theAir ResourcesBoardmay not be used.The useof anynon-exempted add-onor
modifiedpartsshall be groundsfor disallowinga warrantyclaimmade in accordancewith this article.The enginemanufacturer shall notbe
liable underthis article to warrantfailuresof warrantedpartscausedby the useof non-exempted add-on or modifiedpart.
(c) MTDwill includea copy of the followingemissionwarrantyparts list with each newengine,usingthose portionsof the list applicableto the
