Using Advanced Features
Watching Closed Captioning
Closed captioning
displays
the sound of a program
as words on the TV
screen.
It is useful for the deal
hearing
impaired,
or anyone
who wants to
watch a program
without
sound.
Two types of closed captioning
are available.
They are C1 and C2. Select
C1 for .full translation
of the primary
language
in your area.
Select C2 for
secondary
language
translation,
simplified
English, or nothing
at all.
This TV does not support
the text mode.
Text Mode is general
information
usually
shown
in a box on the screen with information
that is
not related
to closed captioning.
