13. Calendar (Menu 8)
The calendar can keep track of reminders, calls
that you need to make, meetings, and birthdays.
It can even sound an alarm at times when you
should make a call or go to a meeting.
Your phone must be switched on to

is prohibited or when it may cause inter-
ference or danger.
1 Once in Menu 8, scroll to the desired date.
Options
2 Press
to obtain the following
functions. Scroll to the desired function and
press OK.
View day
Shows notes set for the chosen day. Use

to browse through the note(s). Pressing

while in a note allows access to
the following functions.
Erase
(deletes the note),

Meeting

Key in a note and the date of meeting,
press OK. Repeat this to set the time of the
meeting.
Birthday

Key in the person's name, the date of birth
(include the year) and press OK. The note
and the person's age will be shown in every
coming year.
You can set the phone to sound a
tone in anticipation for a note: Press
Yes, key in the alarm date and press
OK. Repeat this with the alarm time.
The presence of a tone alert is indi-
cated by
when you view the notes.
Erase notes
Allows you to delete the selected note(s).
Scroll to one of the displayed options and
press OK.
View all
Shows the notes that are set for all days. Use

to browse through the note(s).
Options
Pressing
allows access to the same
functions as in 'View day'. Scroll to the de-
sired function and press OK.
Go to date
Allows you to jump to the desired date.
Set the date
Allows you to change the current date.
Print via IR
Allows you to print all the notes on a compat-
ible printer using the phone's infrared port.
