5. Remove the
7oinch Round Adapter Pmate from the top of 7-iNCH ROUND
the hood. ADAPTER PLATE
tf hood is to be installed Non-Ducted:
o Purchase Clear Cooking Filter.
e Install the Clean Cooking Filter behind the aluminum
mesh filter.
e Skip to "CONNECT THE WIRING"o

TOP SEMFCIRCULAR DUCT KNOCKOUT
(Remove for 7" round vertica/ discharge)
6. Remove appropriate Duct Knockout S(LS) from top or
back of hood.
tf using 7" round ductwork:
Remove both the Rectangular
Duct Knockout and the SemF
circular Duct Knockout from
the top of hood.
TOP RECTANGULAR
DUCT KNOCKOUT
(Remove for 3¼" x 10"
& 7" round vertical
discharge)
REAR RECTANGULAR
DUCT KNOCKOUT
(Remove for 3¼" x 10"
horizom'al discharge)
7. if using 31/4 '' x 10" rectangular ductwork:
Attach 31A'' x 10" Damper/Duct Connector over
knockout opening. Make sure damper Pivot is nearest
to W/Back Edge_ of hood. Remove any shipping tape
from damper flap.
tf using 7" round ductwork:
Re-install the 7qnch Round Adapter Plate removed in
Step 5.
Purchase a 7" Round Damper.

8. Install Vent Cover into slot, behind louvers at the front of
hood.
