Onceyouhavecompleted t he initial s etupandconfigu
ration of theAVR135, it is simple to operale and
enjoyThefollowing ins1Tuc17ons willhelpyou maximize
the enjoyment of yournewreceiver:
Turningthe AVR135 Onor Off
Whenusing the AVR135turthe fist time,youmust
firstpressthe MainPowerSwitch L1 on thetent
panel t o turnthe uniton. Thisplaces theunitina
Standby m ode, a sindicated b ytheamber c olorof the
PowerIndicator _. Once theunitisinStandby, you
maybegina listening s ession bypressing t he
Standby/On Switch _ on thefrontpanel, o r the
PowerOnButton0 or AVBSete_torQ ontile
remote ThePowerIndicator_ willturnblue, T his
willhrn theunitonandrehrnit tothe input s ource that
waslastusedThe unitmayalsobe turned on from

unitwillautomatically turnoff Thefront-panel display

is programmed. Tocancel t heSleeptunction, p ress
andholdthe SleepButton@ until t he information
display returns to normal b rightness; the Sleep
indicator n umbers w ill disappear andthe words
