while using a spongeor dishcloth.

::Ji :_ If oil or foodresidue is left on the griddle,

further cooking will harden the residueand cause

sticking over tlYne.In this case, use a non-abrasive

cleansersuch as BonArni® or one of the soft

scrubcleansers.Apply with a sponge, Scrunge ®

or other cleaningpad labeled safe for non-

stick pans.
