The electrode of the electronic ignition sustem is
positioned above the surface of the burner base.
When cleaning the cooktop, be careful not to
snag the igniter with uour cleaning cloth.
Damage to the igniter could occun
Be careful not to push in a control knob while
cleaning. It could cause the igniter to spark.
Make sure that the white ceramic igniters on
the cooktop are dru and clean. Clean the metal
portion of the electrode with a soft cloth.
