Usingthe SabbathFeature.
(Designed for use on the Jewish Sabbath and Holidays.) (Onsomemodels)
TheSabbathfeature can be used for baking/roasting only.It cannot be used for convection, broiling,self-cleaning or
DelayStart cooking.
NOTE." Theoven lightcomes on automatically (onsome models) whenthedoorisopened andgoesoff when thedoor is closed. Thebulb maybe
removed. See theOven Light R eplacement section. O n models witha lightswitch onthecontrol p anel, t heoven lightmay beturned on andlefton.

How to Set for Regular Baking/Roasting
Makesuretheclockshowsthe correct l ime of dayand F_q
the ovenisoff.

display shows SE
NOTE'If bake or broil aptx.ars in the
display, the BROIL HII_Oand BAKEpads
were not touched at the same time.
'Ibuch the CLEAR/OFFpadand begin
again.

appears in the display.
] 'Ibuch the START pad and D xdll appear
in the display.
[] 'Ibuch the BAKE pad. No signal xdll

Using the numlx.r pads, enter the
desired temperature between 170°F and
550°E No signal or temlx.mmre will be
given.
'lbuch the START pad.
Mter a random delay peri_*l of
approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute,
D C will aplx.ar in the display
indicating that the oven ksbaking/
roasting, lID C doesn't aplx.ar in the
display, start again at Stop 4.
'lb adjust the oven mmpel_ature, touch the
BAKEpad, enmr the new mmperature
using
the number pads and touch the STARTpad.
NOTE." T he CLEAR/OFF a nd COOKTIMEpads are
active during the Sabbath fi.,ature.
When the display shows D the
oven is set in Sabbath. When the
display shows D c the oven is
baking/roasting.

that the oven is baking/roasting. I_D C

at Swp 7.
'lb adjust the oven teinpet_ature, much the
BAKEpad, enter the new mmpet_ature using
the number pacts and touch the STARTpad.
When c_x)king is finished, the display will
change fi-om D C to D and 0:00will appear,
indicating that the oven has turned OEFbut is
still set in Sabbath. Remove the cooked fbod.
How to Ex# the Sabbath Feature

is in the display.

NOTE: If a power
outage occurred while
the oven was in ,Sabbath,
lhe oven will
autort_atically turn off and stay off even
when the power relurrts. The oven
control must be reset.
