Setting the Self-Timer

The self-timer may be used in situations such as group shots. When using this option,
you should either mount the digital video camera on a tripod (recommended) or place
it on a flat, level surface.
1. Press the
setting.
2. Compose the image on the LCD monitor and

The image is captured about 2 seconds after the shutter is
pressed. This mode is useful for preventing camera shake.
10s
The image is captured about 10 seconds after the shutter is
pressed. This mode is suitable for the shots in which the
photographer has to be included.
After one image/video clip is taken, the self-timer mode is turned off. If you wish to take another
shot using the self-timer, repeat the above steps.
