Auto Defrost
Four defrost choices are preset in the oven.
The defrost feature provides you with the
best defrosting method for frozen foods,
because the oven automatically sets the
defrosting times for each food item according
to the weight you enter.
For odded convenience, AutoDefrost
includes o built-in tone mechonism thot
reminds you to check, turn over, seporote or
reorronge the food during the defrost cycle.
Four different defrosting options ore provided:
Heat

Fish
Bread
After touching Auto Defrost once, select
the food category. Available weight ranges
for Heat, Poultry and Fish are 0.1 to 6.0 Ibs.
The available weight range for Bread is
0.1 to 1.0 lb.
Example (defrosting 1.2Ibs of meat):

F_ Choose the food category.
[]Enter the weight.
_J Touch Start/Enter
NOTE:After you touch Start/Enter, the
disploy counts down the defrost time. The
oven will beep once during the Defrost cycle.
At this time, open the door ond turn, seporote,
or reorronge the food os needed. Remove
ony portions thot hove thowed, then return
frozen portions to the oven ond touch
Start/Enter to resume the defrost cycle.
The oven will not stop during the Beep
unless the door is opened.

For best results:
Removefish, shellfish,meot ond poultry
from its originol closed poper or plostic
pockoge (wropper).Otherwise, the wrop
will hold steom ond juice close to the
foods, which con couse the outer
surface of the foods to cook.
Form the meot into the shope of
o doughnut before freezing. When
defrosting, scrope off thowed meot when
the beep sounds ond continue defrosting.
Plocefoods in o shollow gloss boking dish
or o on o microwove roosting rock to cotch
drippings.
Foods should still be somewhot icy in
the center when removed from the oven.

The Quick Defrost feoture provides
a ropid defrost for 1.0 pound frozen food.
The oven outomoticolly sets the defrosting
time for ground beef.
