YES - Is the paper located above the sensor plate (inlet)?

YES - Remove the paper.

NO - Is the sensor plate (inlet) operating normally?

NO - Replace the sensor plate (inlet).

YES - Replace the power supply/sensor board or inlet sensor.

Recovery method
Check the paper in the
Multi-Purpose Feeder. Carry
out the recover printing by
opening and closing the cover,
and turn the error display off.
When the problem occurs
frequently, go through the

check to see if there was a
feeding of multiple sheets.
