Setting the Focus Mode
1 Press l_..j (focus mode).
• The focus mode menu is displayed.

Use the multi selector to choose the focus _ @
mode and press the _) button.
•The mode sdec:ted for focus mode,s d,sp,ayed
• When
FIF
(autofocus) is applied, _ is only displayed for
a few seconds even if monitor indic:ators (_15) are

• Ifa setting is not applied by pressing the _) button
within a few seconds, the selection will be cancelled.

In mac_ close up mode, the camera will automatically repeat _cusing, The _cus will lock by
pressing the shutter release button hal_ay and exposure will be fixed.
However, inP,S, A M,U I andU 2 modes, tilesetting for
Autofocus mode (_125) will ta ke
priority and be applied,
[] Infinity
If you set focus mode to infinity while using I_1 (auto) mode or tile P, S, A, M, U I and U 2 modes,
the _cus area will not be displayed on the screen.
