To erase text messages
1. Press and hold
2. Press text. A text message displays.
3. To display more detail, if available, press
The text automatically scrolls on the screen and pauses so that you can
read it.
4. To manually scroll, press a scroll key.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the message, press

erase.
Note
You can erase a text message even if it is locked.

Storing text messages
Text messages are saved until you erase them or until the phone memory is
full. To keep enough memory available, delete each message.
If more than 75% of the phone's memory is full, a message displays the
