Adjusting the Projection Screen

Focus adjustment

Turn the fucus ring to adjust the
focus.

Projection image position adjustment

(Lens shift)

Use the two lens shift dials to adjust the image
position.
If you cannot position the projector straight in
front of the screen, use the lens shift dial so that
the image is centered on the screen.
When you turn the lens shift dial and hear a click,
the lens position is almost centred.
You can shift the image by 100% in the vertical
direction, and 50% in the horizontal direction.
However, you cannot shift the image to these
vertical and horizontal limits simultaneously.
Ex.) When the image is shifted horizontally by the
full amount,
vertically.And when the image is shifted
vertically by the full amount, it cannot be
shifted horizontally by more than 11% of its
width.

When transporting the
projector, make sure to turn
the lens position down by the
full amount. Otherwise the
lens shift function may be
damaged.

Fine adjustments to image size

(Zoom adjustment)

Turn the zoom ring to adjust the size of the
projected image.
