Toobtain Service

Danby r eserves therighttolimitboundaries of"lnHome Service" duetotheproximity ofanAuthorized Service Depot. A nyappliance

requiring service o utside thelimited boundaries of"InHome Service", it wil! b ethecustomer's responsibility

totransport theappliance to

theclosest Authorized Service D epot a ttheirownexpense. Contact yourdealer from whom yourunitwaspurchased, or contact your

nearest authorized Danby s ervice d epot, where service must b eperformed bya qualified s ervice t echnician. If service i sperformed on

theunits byanyone o ther t han anauthorized ser_ce depot, o r theunitisusedforcommerdat application, allobligations ofDanby u nder

this warranty

shall b eatanend.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Nowarranty o rinsurance herein contained or setoutshall a pply whendamage o rrepair i scaused byanyofthefollowing:

1) Power Failure.

2) Damage intransit or when moving t heappliance.

3) Improper

power s upply such aslowvoltage, defective house wiring or inadequate fuses.

4) Accident, alteration, abuse ormisuse o ftheappliance suchasinadequate aircirculation intheroom orabnormal operating conditions,

(extremely highorlowroom temperature).

5) Use forcommercial orindustrial purposes.

6) Fire, water damage, theft, w ar, r iot,hostility, actsof God such ashurffcanes, floods e tc.

7) Service c allsresulting i ncustomer education.
