Problem
Not working
The remote control does
not work

Not plugged into the mains.

Suggested solution
Make sure that the mains
lead is plugged in.
Insert the batteries correctly.
Insert new batteries.
Align the remote control with
the front of the set-top box
and ensure that nothing is
placed between the remote
control and the set-top box.
Check antenna cable from
the set-top box to the outlet.
Delete channel and make a
new search.
Check connectors and
antenna cable. If this is OK
you have to contact your
CATV provider.
