• Disfunctioning channels.
Check ifthe channel has b een selected correctly.
Try changing the position ofthe antenna.

Check ifyour antenna isdamaged or any c onnections are broken.
Replace your antenna.
• Only certain channels are inblack and w hite
Check ifthe program isbeing broadcast inblack and w hite.
Try tocheck the hue o rcontrast.
• The S ub-Screen isblack.
Check the power of t he external device connected tothe TV.
Ifthe power cord isdisconnected, the screen will b e black.
• Automatic turn-on isinactive.
When turning off y our TV, you n eed touse t he remote control or press the power button on the TV. (If y ou pull the plug o n the TV, the s ettings will be
deleted.)
Sound
• Poor quality sound
Check ifthe program isinstereo. Stereo may n ot work well inareas with b ad reception. Try u sing Mono for t hese areas.
• Sound ismalfunctioning while using acable.
Check your sound connecting cable.
Check ifother channels also h ave no sound
• Ican s ee images, but there isno sound.
Press the v olume buttons toincrease the s ound.
Try w atching avideo (if t he video has s ound, check your cable company). Ifthere isno problem with t he cable receiver, then c all our c ustomer
service.
Check ifthe internal speakers are <OFF>.
• There isamalfunction after the volume isincreased
Try t oadjust the external devices connected to the TV (Digital channel receiver, DTV, DVD, Cable channel receiver, video)
Ifyou can a djust your sound, try tobalance the volume ofthe TV and t he external device.
Channel
• The c hannels are not functioning.
Connect the antenna connectors again.
Set tomemorize channels inthe a utomatic channel setting again.
Query the particular broadcasting station.
• Alimited number of c hannels are not functioning.
Change the location or direction ofthe antenna.
Try t oselect afew channels using numbers and m emorize them using the add/delete button.
Query the broadcasting station.
• Only UHF ( 14_69) Channels are unavailable.
Check ifthe antenna isable toreceive UHF.
