Enter the service mode and set FAN to ON
from the fcon menu
Is the voltage of pin 3 of tFD board CN501
about 10V?
Yes
is the fan turning?
Yes
Is the FanState in the service mode screen
set to ON?
Yes
Check to see for objects blocking the fan
