matically.
° Trad<ing will be automatically

adiust the tracking manually,
press [CHANNEL A / _]
on the front panel of the unit
or ION A / T] on the
remote control.
Before recording, make sure:
. The desired channel is selected
by pressing the Number but-
tons on the remote control or
[CHANNEL A / _] on the
front panel of the unit.
, There is a videotape with a
record tab in the unit.
, The desired recording speed is
selected in SP (standard play) or
SLP (super long play) mode by
hitting [REC SPEED] on the
remote control.
Recording speed:
. Stereo
or SAP is selected. Refer
to page 21.
. Refer to page 31 for instructions
on Timer Recording.

begin the recording.
To temporarily stop recording or

After the unit has been in Pause
mode for S minutes, it will stop
automatically to protect the
videotape and the video head
from damage.

Accidental erasure prevention
To prevent accidental recording
relnove its record tag,To

lite box. select the channel
