External Device
Youcan make copiesof cassettetapesfor yourenjoyment.
. You CANNOT copy a DVD to a cassette tape.
Warning:
. Unauthorized recordings ofcopyfigh ted cassette tapes may
be an infringement of copyright laws.
• Connect this unit and a source (for playback) device
as shown the following diagram.
Insert a pre-recorded cassette tape into the external
device (VCR, camcorder, etc.).
_ Insert a cassette tape to record into

this unit's cassette compartment.
_ Press [SPEED] to select the desired tape speed (SP/
SLP).
