Checking the B attery Information
Registering the Battery to the Camera
You can register up to six LP-E6 battery packs to the camera. To
register multiple battery packs to the camera, do the procedure below
for each battery pack.

Press the <INFO.> button.
_ With the battery info. screen
displayed, press the <lNFO.> button.
_y,, T he battery history screen will
appear.
_y,, I f the battery has not been registered,
it will be grayed out.
Select [Register].
® Select [Register], then press <__>.
_y,, T he confirmation dialog will appear.

Select [OK].
® Select [OK], then press <8>.
_y,, T he battery pack will be registered,
and the battery history screen will
reappear.
_,. The grayed-out battery number will
now be displayed in white letters.
® Press the <MENU>button. The battery
info. screen will reappear.
® Battery registration is not possible if size_LR6 batteries are in the
Battery Grip BG:E!l of if YOUUSe the AC Adapter Kit ACK:E6.
® If s x battery packs have already been registered, [Register] cannot be
selected, To delete unnecessary battery information; see page 341
