6. In "Select a Destination," select the location in which the driver will be installed.
Then click [Continue].
The screen may indicate "Installing this software requires 100MB of disk space," but
NOTE
the actual disk space required is as described in the system requirements
7. The screen indicates "Click install to perform a basic installation of this software
package." Click [Install].
If the software has already been installed, the [Install] button will be displayed as the
NOTE
[Upgrade] button.
8. Verify that the screen indicates "The software was successfully installed," and
click [Close].
Driver installation is now complete.
You will be able to see that the driver and MIDI Patch Screen are installed in
the following locations.
• "Library": "Audio" : "MIDI Drivers": "YAMAHA-USBMIDIDriver.plugin" (USB-
MIDI Driver)
• "Library": "PreferencePanes": "YAMAHA-USBMIDIPatch.prefPane" (MIDI
Patch Screen)
