CAUSE
1. Faulty operator-safety presence control system
CORRECTION
1, Check wiring, switches and connections If not
corrected, contact an authodzed service cented
department,
1,. Worn, bent or loose blade,
2. Mower deck not level..
3,, Buildup of gr_ss, reaves, and trash under mower.
4,, Bent blade mandrel,
5, Ctoggsd mower deck vent holes from buildup of
grass, leaves, and trash around mandrels
1, Replace btade Tighten blade bolt,
2 Love! mower deck,
3 Clean underside of mower housing,.
4, Replace blade mandrel,
5, Clean around mandrels to open vent holes,.
Tractor "creeps" with
motion control lever in
"neutral" position
1. Obstruction in clutch mechanism,
2 Wornfdamaged mower drive belt,.
3 Frozen idiot pulley,
4 Frozen blade mandrel,
t. Engine speed too slow.
2. Travel speed too fast
3, Wet grass,
4. Mower deck not level..
5., Lowluneven tire air pressure_
6. Worn, bent or loose blade.
7,. Buildup of grass, leaves and trash under mower.
8. Mower drive belt worn
9o Blades impropedy {nstalled.
10 Improper blades used.
11 Ciogged mower deck vent holes from buildup of
grass, leaves, and trash around mandrels
1 Remove obstruction,,
2 Replace mower ddve belt
3 Replace idler pulley
4 Replace blade mandrel,
1 Place throttle control in "FAST" position
2, Shift to slower speed.
3 Allow grass to dry before mowing,
4 Level mower deck,.
5 Checkttres for proper air pressure_
6 Replace/sharpen biade. T{ghten biade bolt
7, Clean underside of mower housing,,
B. Replace mowerdrive belt,
9 Reinstall blades sharp edge down
10,. Replace with blades listed in this manual
11_ CJean around mandrels to open vent holes,
"l Switch is "OFF"

1 Motion control lever is out of adjustment,
1 Freewheel control in "disengaged" position..
1_ Engine throttle control not set at "SLOW"
position fo_ 30 seconds before stopping engine
3, Replace regulator.,
4, Replace alternator
1. Adjust motion cantrol lever.,
1. Place freewheel control in "engaged" position,,
1. Move throttle control to "SLOW" position and allow
to idle for 30 seconds before stopping engine,.
