Broanwarrantsto theoriginalconsumerpurchaserof itsproductsthatsuchproducts
will befree from defectsin materialsor workmanshipfor a periodof oneyearfrom
thedateof originalpurchase,THERE ARE NOOTHERWARRANTIES, E XPRESS
OR IMPLIED,INCLUDING, B UT NOT LIMITEDTO, IMPLIEDWARRANTIESOF
MERCHANTABILITY ORFITNESSFORA PARTICULARPURPOSE,
Duringthisone-yearperiod,Broan will, atits option,repairor replace, w ithoutcharge,
any productor partwhich is foundto be defectiveunder normaluse and service,
THISWARRANTYDOESNOT EXTENDTO FLUORESCENTLAMPSTARTERS
AND TUBES.This warrantydoes not cover (a) normalmaintenanceand service
or (b) any productsor partswhich have been subject to misuse, negligence,ac-
cident,impropermaintenanceor repair (otherthan by Broan),faulty installationor
installationcontraryto recommendedinstallationinstructions,
Thedurationof an impliedwarrantyis limited tothe one-yearperiodasspecifiedfor
the expresswarranty.Some statesdo not allow limitationon how long an implied
warranty lasts,sothe abovelimitationmay not apply to you.
BROAN'S OBLIGATIONTO REPAIR OR REPLACE,AT BROAN'S OPTION,
SHALLBETHEPURCHASER'S SOLEAND EXCLUSIVEREMEDYUNDERTHIS
WARRANTY. BROANSHALLNOTBELIABLEFORINCIDENTAL, C ONSEQUEN-
TIAL OR SPECIALDAMAGESARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTIONWITH
PRODUCTUSE OR PERFORMANCE. S ome states do not allow the exclusion
or limitationof incidentalor consequential d amages,so the above limitationmay
not applyto you.
This warrantygivesyou specificlegal rights,and you may also have other rights,
which vary from state to state.This warranty supersedesall prior warranties.

numberbelow, (b)give the model numberand part identificationand (c) describe
the natureof any defect in the productor part. At the time of requestingwarranty
