There are 64 program definitions in the GSP7 (64 * 36 = 2,304 bytes)
The next section defines program definition bytes 2-36 for each of the 17
algorithms of the GSP7. The first of each algorithm definition contains the
number of the algorithm and it's name. The algorithm number goes in program
definition byte 1. The remaining lines of the algorithm definition follow
