-Ground loop

connection of interconnect -Replace interconnect
ground
-RCA/XLR Switch

REMEDY
-Install 2-pin adapter on AC.
cord to float the ground.
-If using balanced inputs,
make sure switch is toward
XLR connector and toward
RCA jack for RCA in.
-If using balanced inputs,
make sure switch is toward
XLR connector and toward
RCA jack for RCA in.
-Playing very loud
low impedance. Replace
fuse.
-Make sure (+) and (-) of
binding post are not
shorted.
-Turn power off. Wait 10
seconds and turn back on.
