chef’s fork operaTion INSertING tHe BatterIeS 1 . Loosen the screw and remove the BATTERY COMPARTMENT COVER . 2 . Insert four AAA batteries (not included) according to polarity indicators inside the compartment . 3 . Replace the BATTERY COMPARTMENT COVER and tighten the screw . - Page 6 USING tHe CHeF’S FOrk 1 . Remove protective covers from TEMPERATURE PROBES . 2 . Press SELECT to turn the unit on . 3 .
