1. Verify that the seat belt is secured in
the belt clip.
2. Lift the seatbacks upright.
3. Make sure that the seat belt is neither
stuck in the rear seat nor twisted, then
remove the seat belt from the belt clip.

Your vehicle is equipped with head
restraints on all outboard seats. The head
restraints are intended to help protect you
and the passengers from neck injury.
Always drive with the head restraints
installed when seats are being used
Belt clip
and make sure they are properly
adjusted. In addition, always raise the
head restraints mentioned below when
they are being used:
