INTEGRATION IBUS 2.1 - FLAT SUBWOOFER + 2 CHANNELS
AMPLIFIER
OUTPUT/HI LEVEL INPUT : The output/high level terminal permits to connect the source with high-level signal but also to lead
4
the bass enclosure amplified signal towards the speakers (left part : "OUTPUT")
In the case of a RCA connection, you must disconnect the plug on the cable beam. These outputs permit to amplify your front
channels (a 2-way kit) with a very high power (2x55W RMS). CAUTION: you must respect this order, if not you might damage
the product.
INPUT: The RCA sockets permit to convey the low level signal of the head unit to the amplifier.
5
FUSE: The FUSE connector is dedicated to receive the fuse(s) of the amplifier. In case of replacement, make sure of the perfect
6
conformity of the amperage.
REMOTE CONTROL PLUG: the REMOTE CONTROL connector is dedicated to the wiring of the remote control supplied.
7
GAIN: The GAIN rotary potentiometer permits to adjust the signal level coming in the amplifier. The tension gain varies from
8
1 5
0.2V to 5V.
SUBSONIC: The SUBSONIC rotary potentiometer permits to set the high-pass filter value. The chosen value defines the
9
frequency from which the signal is amplified.
BASS BOOST: The BASS BOOST rotary potentiometer permits to increase the bass level from 0 to +18dB. The central
1 0
frequency is 80Hz.
LO PASS: The LO PASS rotary potentiometer permits the setting of the low-pass filter value. The selected value defines the
1 1
frequency until which the signal is amplified.
Hi PASS : The HI-PASS rotary potentiometer permits to adjust the high-pass filter value (the amplification is ensured up to the
1 6
selected value).
PHASE: The PHASE selector permits to adjsut the phase setting of the bass chanel according to the installation. To determine the
1 2
correct position of this inverter, simply check if it provides the maximum of bass frequencies.
Auto Power On: In ON mode, it's not necessary to connect the remote cable if you're using the high level inputs. Do not function
1 3
with the RCA inputs. However, we prefer the direct remote wiring on a "plus after contact" (cf Nb 3).
LED: The light indicator permits to check the correct working of the amplifier. When the LED is green, it means the amplifier is on
1 4
and it's working correctly. WHen the LED is red, it means the amplifier is in protection mode following a dysfunction (overheating,
wrong wiring, ...).
