example, if an application has versions 5.1.1, 5.1.2 and 5.1.3 and minimal
documentation changes have been made in each, the feedback analytics could be
combined in a single report.
Specifying a date range
With any feedback analytics report, it is likely that it is required to be run over a specific
date range. For example, the feedback analytics data is gathered from the moment the
help output is published. However in the case where an application's help file is
published to the same Area both pre and post release, it may be required to limit the
feedback analytics to statistics gathered post release. Then again, maybe the reports
are run on a regular basis (e.g. monthly) with the data passed to management.
Each report can be filtered by a number of standard date durations. In addition a
customized date filter can be used to allow an exact measurement of the feedback
analytics data.
