1. Choose Preferences from the Edit menu.
The Preferences dialog box appears.
Click this button to update the information in the
Spooler main window.
Drag a document onto this button or select the document
and click this button to duplicate it and put the duplicate
in the Print queue.
Drag a document onto this button or select the document
and click this button to print it to the Print queue.
This queue is not enabled on the DocuColor. If you drag
a document onto this button, or select the document and
click this button, you will receive a Warning message.
Drag a file onto this button or select the document and
click this button to delete it or cancel processing or
printing it. You will be asked to verify that you want to
delete the job. You can eliminate the verification notice by
turning off the Confirm file deletion option in the
Preferences dialog box.
