Windows XP: click the [Start] menu and select [Control Panel],
followed by [Printers and Other Hardware].
Windows 2000, Windows Me and Windows 98 users should click the
[Start] menu and select [Settings], followed by [Control Panel].

Click the [Scanners and Cameras] icon or folder.

Delete your camera model name or [Canon Camera] in the [Scanners
and Cameras] folder.
Windows 2000 and Windows 98 users should delete your camera model
name or [Canon Camera] in the [Scanners and Cameras Properties] dialog.
