4. RAID ATA/133/100/66/33 connector (40-1 pin PRI_RAID1)
(on RAID models only)
This connector supports either RAID 0 or RAID 1 configuration through
the onboard Promise PDC20376 controller. You can use the RAID
feature to set up a disk array configuration and to support additional
IDE devices.

By default, the drive that you connect to the PRI_RAID1 connector
follow the ATA133/100/66/33 protocol as an independent drive, not
as a disk array.
The PRI_RAID1 connector supports only one HDD set to Master
mode. An HDD set to Slave mode does not work.
For RAID 0 configuration, you may use any two of the Parallel ATA
and Serial ATA connectors, or all three connectors.
For RAID 1 configuration, you may use any two of the Parallel ATA
and Serial ATA connectors.
The RAID/SATA controller chipset does not support ATAPI devices
such as CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs, etc.
