At the command prompt, copy and combine KBC (*.ROM) and BIOS (*.BIN) into one ROM file

In Windows, copy the ROM (*.FD) file to the USB flash disk root directory.

NOTE:
Do not save another ROM (*.FD) file in the USB flash disk root directory.
Rename the ROM file to "Q5WV1X64.fd".

Using the Crisis Utility Disk

Unplug the AC adapter.
