(port 80)
(1.2.3.10-1.2.3.20) Remote hosts can do everything (block nothing)
Others are all blocked.

(1.2.3.100-1.2.3.119) Remote hosts can do everything except read net news (port 119) and
transfer files via FTP (port 21) behind Router Server.
Others are all allowed.
